Final Words from Sabum Trevor McIntyre
1996 was the last Championship that I would take part in, 8 years of competing I now would dedicate my self to my students in the hope that they to could succeed to be the best. One day will come that they may represent their country as I have. Thankyou to all that helped me achieve so much over the years. Special thanks to Master Michael Daher for showing me the first real steps to ITF Taekwon-do.
Also to my Master Tam Fook Chee who travelled to Melbourne by bus as he missed our flight in 1989 to coach us when we were not even his students. Then years later in 1998 I would affiliate with him and learn so much about myself and the art of Taekwon-do.
These numbers added up 1998 (1+9+9+8=27) 1989 (1+9+8+9=27) and my age when I affiliated was 27 years old, wow.
Train hard train smart!
